At Jacket Boutique, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds under any circumstances. However, in the rare case of a manufacturing defect or order fulfillment error on our part, we will offer a full refund after deducting the shipping costs.

If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 business days of delivery by emailing info@jacketboutique.com.

    2. A detailed description of the issue
    3. Clear images showing the defect or error

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions on how to proceed. If the issue is confirmed to be our fault, we will offer a refund within 15 business days.

Shipping for Issue Resolutions

  • If a return is requested but does not meet our defect criteria, it will not be accepted, and the product will be shipped back to the customer at their expense.
